Cross Off-Boarding procedure

Cross Off-Boarding is for active staff who have changed their job position (due to temporary contract) back to their original job position at St Stephen's School.


1.  Submit ticket through the HelpDesk Support Portal, log in is required.

2.  Select "On/Off Boarding ICT" 

3. On the next screen select "On/Off Boarding ICT"

 

4. Select the required on/off/cross boarding process from the dropdown menu 

5.  Select "Cross Contract" process from the dropdown menu 

6.  Complete the required details for the new staff member and click on "continue"

7.  Select the required "Boarding Items"

Permissions-Current is used for current permissions for staff members as at the date of the ticket being submitted

Permissions-New is used for new permissions that the staff members when updating job position or returning to original job position as at the date of the ticket being submitted

8.  Select "submit"

9.  You can access your ticket through the HelpDesk Portal to update or attach documentation.
