On Boarding procedure

On Boarding is for new staff commencing a new contract with St Stephen's School.


1.  Submit ticket through the HelpDesk Support Portal, log in is required.

2.  Select "On/Off Boarding ICT" 

3. On the next screen select "On/Off Boarding ICT"

4. Select the required on/off/cross boarding process from the dropdown menu 

5.  Select the reason for on boarding process from the dropdown menu 

6.  Complete the required details for the new staff member and click on "continue"

7.  Select the required "Boarding Items"


Permissions-New is used for new permissions for staff members as at the date of the ticket being submitted


8.  Select "submit"

9.  You can access your ticket through the HelpDesk Portal to update or attach documentation.
