1. Authenticate at the MFD using your photocopier card or PIN

2. Select Device functions

3. If the previous setting is still active, press [Reset] before copying 

4. Select "Auto Colour Select" mode and then select "2 sided->Magazine"

5. Under Auto Paper Select - select "A4" if you want the booklet to be A5, or select "A3" if you want the booklet to be A4

6. If you need the booklet stapled - select "Staple: Centre"

7. Sample Copy will produce one set for you to proof before printing remaining sets  

8. Press Start to commence copying

Once finished: Touch the Log out button or tap your card to log out
