1. Authenticate at the MFD using your photocopier card or PIN

2. Select Device functions

3. If the previous setting is still active, press [Reset] before copying 

4. In the Auto Colour Select mode, the Colour of the original is detected automatically, and the original will be copied either in Full Colour or Black & White. 

5. Press ">" to see more Copy options 

6. A sample image will show you what settings have been selected

7. Sample Copy will produce one set for you to proof before printing remaining sets  

8. Press Start to commence copying

Once finished: Touch the Log out button or tap your card to log out
